EIF researcher Zdenek Kudrna debated the Future of Europe with Iveta Radicova, Slovak Prime Minister, Gideon Rachman, the Chief Foreign Affairs Commentator of the Financial Times, and Vaclav Belohradsky, professor of political sociology at the University of Trieste at the Central European Forum in Bratislava on November 18, 2011.

Zdenek Kudrna participated in a panel session on the European debt crisis with Ivan Miklos, the Slovak Minister of Finance, and Rainer Arnold, University of Regensburg, at the Czech Association for European Studies inaugural conference in Prague on November 9, 2011.
9-11 October 2011: Zdenek Kudrna at Forum2000 meeting
Zdenek Kudrna, EIF researcher focusing on financial market regulation, was invited to participate at the Forum2000 meeting founded by Václav Havel, Yohei Sasakawa, and Elie Wiesel in Prague. He discussed Eurozone Crisis as Constitutional Challenge for Europe together with Karel Kovanda (European Commission), Jan Machácek (Journalist), Alan Brown (Schroeder Investments), Vladimír Dlouhý (Goldman Sachs) and Jacques Rupnik (Sciences Po). February 2011: EIF featured in the Academy's Magazin
Europeanisation is a main topic of the ÖAW's journal "Thema Forschung", no. 8, now available in print. The public relations team interviewed EIF Director Gerda Falkner and presented some of EIF's international projects, including our innovative refereed journal Living Reviews in European Governance. The results are presented in colourful short stories aimed at a wide readership.
